We accept Paypal as a method of payment and we also accept payment by post in the form of cheques and postal orders.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF PAYING BY POST WE DO NOT SEND OUT ANY ITEM UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND CLEARED

Payment via paypal is secure, we never see your details and you receive full payment protection, the fastest, safest and easiest way to pay.
SHIPPING
We aim to post all items within 7-14 days, this is because all items are handmade to order.
Dispatch time can vary during busy periods, please check homepage for any announcements on current dispatch times.
Please note - We post 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day.
* Books of Remembrance/Condolence are dealt with as a priority.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OPTING FOR SPECIAL DELIVERY DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOUR ITEM WILL BE WITH YOU NEXT DAY, IT MEANS IT WILL STILL TAKE US 7-14 DAYS TO MAKE YOUR ITEM BUT ONCE MADE AND POSTED IT WILL BE WITH YOU MUCH QUICKER.
Some items have to be ordered in so will take longer, see individual listings for further details.
POSTAGE & PACKING
For delivery to the Uk
Postage to the Uk is from £1.95, full postage costs can be found at the top right hand side of all pages throughout the website.
Or Special Delivery for £8.95
Orders over the value of £80 will be posted FREE OF CHARGE (Uk only)
For delivery outside the Uk we charge as follows

RETURNS
In compliance with distance selling regulations we do not accept returns on items that have been custom made or personalised.
We do however accept returns in the following circumstances;
* If your item has been damaged during delivery ~ damages must be reported within 7 days and the item returned to us for inspection and in order for us to make a claim from Royal Mail. In the case of damage we will replace the item and refund the postage costs.
* If a mistake has been made in the personalisation of an item ~ this means a mistake made by us. I would love to say this never happens but we are only human and on rare occasions this may happen. In this situation we woud replace the personlised plaque.
Non personalised items can be returned if not suitable within 7 days, you must send an email before returning anything so that we can give you correct instructions.
LOST ITEMS
If you supsect your item has been lost in the post please contact us, whilst we cannot be held responsible for an item once it enters the postal system we do obtain proof of postage and we will assist in any claim made for a lost item.
** Please note Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 15 days have passed from posting, this does not include weekends and bank holidays.
